How to add a parent to a hawaiian birth certificate?

Does anybody know how to add a father to a hawaiian birth certificate?


My neice was born in hawaii but her mother didnt put the australian's father on the birth certificate and she would like to live in Australia by decent. If there is such a form do both parents need to sign it?

Probably need to PROVE paternity before the state will allow changes. Check with the birth county's record bureau. There may be a way. As far as getting into Australia, Check with the Australian Embassy in DC. Check to see if they have a counsel in LA of SF. She may be able to visit and argue her case.
