What happens if a parent fails a hair drug test in court in the state of texas?

Depends on why the court ordered the drug test and the consequences the court provided if the test was failed.

If it is in regards to visitation or custody I would think the person that failed would lose custody (at least temporarily) and the visitation may be only with supervision.

A lawyer familiar with the specific case can probably give an answer as it relates to this case. What happens if a parent fails a hair drug test in court in the state of texas?
It is entered as a foibled folical. Then you have toupee. What happens if a parent fails a hair drug test in court in the state of texas?
The hair can be sectioned to specific periods, like a week at a time. I say ';can'; because I have no way of knowing if they are doing that with the samples you are referring to. This would let them know approximately when the drugs were last used.

Edit: Joey, you deserve BA for that horrible pun! ROTFLMAO
They get executed.

I'm just assuming here--I mean, didn't Texas execute a mentally retarded man? If they can do that, I'd say anything's possible there.
