well see your self as others see you.Also your not helping the situation by losing your temper when an adult is yelling at you.let the adult look the fool and keep your cool.document or record all the negative encounters.Then you can go back over them and see how you could have made a better outcome and not wind up in a yelling screaming match.How to treat those parents / teachers call you a trouble maker?
