Being a minor is being a minor. While some parents feel they have every right to give their children alcohol in their own homes.................the parents will be responsible legally if and should anything happen to you, or others should something happen because of that alcohol.Is it legal to be served alcohol as a minor by your parents?
still illegal, but if it is done in your home and word doesn't spread how are the police going to find out? even then, unless you have real nazi cops and prosecutors in your area or if the alcohol causes other more serious problems (drunk driving minors) I doubt you would be charged with anything even if the cops/prosecutor found out
if your parent want to set you up for a life long addiction in your teens ..find new parents
