Where in the Bible are examples of rebellious children of good parents?

Given the criticism directed at a Christian mother with a pregnant unwed daughter, I'm trying to find examples in scripture of children who strayed from the advice of good parents. Did they come back? Was it the parents' fault? Isaac's son Jacob comes to mind and Jacob's first 10 sons as well.Where in the Bible are examples of rebellious children of good parents?
Eli, Samuel and David come to mind. Eli and Samuel both were great men of God whose sons were evil to their early ends. Do people come back? Look at David.

When it comes to the criticism people are giving Palin for the actions of her 17 year old daughter, I would say ';Don't cast your pearls before swine.';Where in the Bible are examples of rebellious children of good parents?
The Prodigal Son parable comes to mind. As this parable is well-known I won鈥檛 summarize it for you, but encourage you to read through it and notice the processes that each of the three men go through: The father who allows his sons their inheritances early and does not stop them from deciding what to do with it; the son who wasted his inheritance only to fall into despair and humbly return home; and the son who stayed with his father and lived well in spite of the famine in the land, only to be angry and jealous when his brother returned and was welcomed with open arms.
Some kids in the bible were making fun of a bald person. They were attacked by bears. (2 Kings 2:23-24)

The bible also states that you must stone disobedient children to death. (Deuteronomy 21:18-21)
Eli's sons, Phinehas and Hophni

(1 Samuel, Chapter 2)
Didn't Jesus himself run away from home at one point?

I don't know if it's true or not, but a priest told me that himself, so I had no choice but believe it.
Uh, Duh. The Prodigal Son parable.
I believe those children were stoned to death... it baffles me when Christians say they get their morals from that book
Adam and Eve?
