Why would you want your first time to be firstly in the presence of her parents, and second uncomfortable? If you two have to have a chaperon in the room then you both obviously are too young to be having sex. From the details of your question I am gonna assume you are under 17 around maybe 15 or 16. How do you think her parents aren't gonna know you two are doing something? If its the both of youz first time I'm positive her parents will hear you two. Its better to just wait.

My advice... DONT DO IT if the parents have to be in the same room as you chances are they are going to notice if you are on top of each other.
