How old does one have to be in Wisconsin to choose which parent they want to live with?

How old does a child have to be in order to choose which parent they would like to live with? How old does one have to be in Wisconsin to choose which parent they want to live with?
I agree 18 . I heard that at age 13 you can have a say in where you wanted to live and with which parent. The only advice that I would give if you prefer one parent over another and you are caught in the middle of a custody issue is to ask the court for a Family Psychological Evaluation. However both parents are going to have to agree to follow the Psychological guidelines for the best interest of the child. Usually the Psychologist will see the whole picture that is unclear in the courtroom. Good Luck! How old does one have to be in Wisconsin to choose which parent they want to live with?
18.

Once you are 14 the court will ';consider'; your wishes, but they are in no way bound to agree with you.
