In Florida, How is Shared Parental Visitation be enforced if one parent has a recreational drug problem?

I am going through a divorce in Florida and trying to determine how to handle my Shared Parenting Visitation with my STBX (soon to be ex).

If he has a recreational drug addiction, meaning; he chooses to go out on spontaneous 3 day crack binges every other month, and then is just an absolute jerk prior to and after, how would the courts grant him visitation? In Florida, How is Shared Parental Visitation be enforced if one parent has a recreational drug problem?
You can ask the court to restrict visitation to some sort of supervised visitation if you can prove he uses drungs in the presence of the child. There is no legal prohibition against being a jerk however. In Florida, How is Shared Parental Visitation be enforced if one parent has a recreational drug problem?
Supervised, if at all.
